Faulty goods, no refund

Purchased a distant dog-training anti bark collar from cam-gadgets on ebat. The collar was defective and so I requested recommend in the vendor. He explained to hold onto the collar and try different issues. He created out that it had been my problem when I might have placed the batteries improperly! I tried various things he recommended however the collar nevertheless didn't function efficiently. He explained to deliver it back that we did. He put about it for atleast 3 months, through which moment I really could not leave feedback! Moreover he explained he woulfdonly problem a reimbursement easily were to depart him good feedback! Since I have couldn't abandon any feedback I never obtained the collar back from him and didn't obtain a return! I informed ebay, they've accomplished NOTHING about that. Oh, I overlook, they delivered me a £20 voucher to invest on EBAY! I'm so furious as this disadvantage vendor continues to be promoting and continuing to con his approach into constructive feedback. Damaging won't be proven since he stalls his customers which makes it too late to publish feedback of any kind! EBAY require stringing up for this and he shouldn't be promoting!!
