Has anyone heard or had transactions with Mark W of NMR Website Design in Monmouth?

We recently settled him to make a site for the organization as he promises to become an event creator, nevertheless when we noticed the job he'd created we were to be honest surprised!

He's an internet site displaying types of prior function, therefore we got it he had created these herself. I've a sense we were incorrect.

The web site he created appeared so poor my 3-year old child might have performed better! 1 / 2 of the switches do not function and also the e-mail function does not send emails

After carrying out a little bit of study within the neighborhood I then found out the types of focus on his site weren't completed by him. Have been informed by others they might have all been completed with a former worker - however in my own viewpoint he's moving them down as their own work! Certainly this is not allowed! Personally I think we have been fooled by him.

And so I want to understand easily have in any manner of having my money-back? He offered types of function which may be the cause we selected him. After which he got almost £3000 to get a genuinely horrible site that I'm truly unhappy with.

Do I've any possibilities in my experience to obtain my money-back?
