Cotton Swabs Laced with Black Hai

I went to Dollar General Market and purchased a pack of cotton swabs.inside of the cotton swabs there was black hair intertwined in the cotton threads of the cotton swabs. I had used one of them and then I discovered that it had hair twsted insde of it also. I called them and emailed them and they are ignoring me. I think this is poor customer service.
