Purchased a Samsung TV last weekend and was most impressed with the "patient", and top-notch customer service we received from two of the associates, Ip & Matt. We must have spent at "least" 2½ hrs. (reason for 2 associates: Matt took over when Ip's shift was done, in the store researching different brands, etc., and were so impressed with Ip AND Matt's product knowledge and service.
