Payment fiasco!

I bought for this businesses "Develop the Flying Scotsman" sequence, having bought the very first backup within the newsagents. I activated online and decided to pay for by direct money, thought will be the easiest way. I obtained the very first shipment - two problems, and waited for that next delivery. About the 16th Feb. 2008 I obtained a notice from Hachette requesting cost for that first cargo, I e mailed them instantly informing them that I'd directed them to consider cost by direct money, which I'd their verification email saying this. I noticed nothing so e mailed them again about the 20th Feb., it's today 3rd March and also to day I've not really had an automatic response from their website.

Having read a few of the remarks in your website regarding the corporation personally I think that I might never get the problems I'm absent or they'll consider the cash but still not give you the products.

Obviously I'd NOT buy something out of this organization again.
