The house that I purchased from the realtor was left empty for a year prior to my buying it. The elderly man who was the seller moved to Florida. The house was not cleaned or checked while it was on the market. Mice were rampant and black mold covered many walls. The basement had flooded and the realtor never checked it or repaired any of the problems, or even opened a window for air flow.

The house was left fully furnished which included tools, furniture and a flat screen TV. The realtor was seen by neighbors backing a truck up to the house and loading items, including the TV, into the truck to be taken away without permission.

The sister of the seller told me that the realtor stole things from the house. To make it worse, I was not living here, but paying rent to come clean and paint. Items were taken during this time, too.

I have sent the realtor an email asking for his response. I have not heard back from him and believe that I will not.
