Fake warranty coverage

The experience that I have will Dick's Sporting Goods was horrible. I bought a Sole Treadmill model F-63 few months ago, and when the machine broke down, I called their suppose warranty company NEW when problems start.
These people the lie about their service plan/extended warranty. It took more than two and half months for them to finally send somebody from manufacturer.
I reported trouble to store managers and service reps was given the run around.
They promise you money back or new unit all is a gimmick. I had sears for over 25 years never had a service or product issues.
I will never recommend anyone to purchase their products especially their extended warranty.
