Glennette Jackson, Creations by aLs Item won in auction to support military never delivered

I won an auction through Project Packages on facebook on April 20. I paid for item won via Paypal on April 21. When I hadn't received any shipping information I emailed vendor on May 2. May 3 vendor answered saying she would contact me soon with a paypal invoice for shipping and signed her email Glennette. I contact Glennette on July 13 (through a different email address) and received no answer, again on August 28 and no answer and finally on September 12, after another email, I received an answer. I was told that clean up/damage control (ie-sending my item or a refund) couldn't be done so many months later and the person I emailed with in May was not her (Glennette), but someone else who Glennette set up an email account for. To make matters worse, Glennette said she had no idea how to contact that person. When I asked for a refund from Project Packages since they received the money, I again received no answer.

Unfortunately, I trusted that a small business dedicated to supplying America's deployed military members with care packages would actually care about the people supporting their auctions with high bids. Other home crafters of military related items routinely take several months to make and ship ordered items, so unfortunately I didn't open a claim with Paypal within the 45 day limit.
