The American Recruiting Association is indeed a scam. You are required to pay upfront fee of either option A: $317 or option B: 2 payments of $184.
I saw one of the names of the participants and it was a name associated with another scam that I was targeted with last week for the cash machine, where you get paid to post jobs to job boards.
These people are out to get money. The 30 minute so called presentation on line is full of lies. Any job should not cost money to be hired.
