Cingular wireless missleading statements

On 11/20 called cingular wireless to add a new line to master number, spoke with a persons named Quandra and after givng all pertainent info she informed me that the secondary phone line would be connected within 24hrs. Which was a lie and a fraud than according to her managers Angela last name withheld, she began to evade all issues with hostilities and acusations of others and their faults within her floor, teaching me how to activate a second line... On the 21st of november.

The 23rd of november I called back with determination to speak with someone coherant and recieved the same rederick from 6 more individuals which names are noted eternally, But the most affluent of all a Jeff lopez which once again made empty promisses and possible missrepresentated himself as a manager than as he failed to call back at the specific time to correct the above problem. I returned the call to find he also does not exsist... Go figure!

WAY TO GO! If you can't solve a legitimate problem overcharge your customer and make missleading statements and accuzations in his file...
