Has not refunded my full 19.95 but has refunded the 7.95 every thing was done on the same day. Requested on the 5 of sept but was told it was taking care of but only the 7.95 was applied back not

I tried the Onlineincomesolution.com website only tried for two days but couldn't really get into the program. So i decided within my 30 day trail period i would just ask for a refund.

I received a reply the next business day saying my refund has been refunded.
Well just to be on the safe side i check my card to see if there has been a refund posted to my account.
There was but only the $7.95 but the $19.95 remain un posted.

Now here's the kicker i paid the $7.95 after i the $19.95 fee to get into the member area the $7.95 was for another part of their program, As i stated before both transaction was made the same day maybe a min. Apart.

I have email back and forward with the company but all i am told is that the refund has been applied back to my card.

I have explained that the $19.95 was still missing but the assure me that it has been applied.

Well i call my bank to see why hasn't the $19.95 been applied back to my account they told me that they don't hold funds that are applied back to the account they just credit it back. So they told me i should contact company back because only one payment was showing of the $7.95 but nothing for the $19.95
