Ripoff Sara refuses to refund my $35.00 even though I have asked for a reund on her sight

I was contacted by Sara via a astrology request from her web sight by me... She then sent several e-mails detailing that she could help me get my life on track... I was to send her $ 35.00 within a 20 day time frame which I did and after a month I then requsted a refund as I never heard from her again. She sent an e-mail telling me she would forward my refund minus her fees... I sent a reply telling her that was unacceptable as she hasn't done a single thing yet and I wanted the whole thirty five dollars.

That was over 2 weeks ago still no " letter with a refund " from France arrived in my mailbox. I have since learned that Sara is not a woman but a man who has been doing this for years and years... Beware to the rest of you out there... I'd like my 35.00 dollars back asap though...
