Goods not sent / no correspondence

I put an order with Allposters.com about the fifth of July. There is no notice of the purchase delivery, with no reaction was delivered to my inquiries. Since that time, I've delivered the next e-mails: "Hello, I questioned why I'd not obtained my T-Shirts yet, and then I visited the website where it stated they'd not delivered yet. It stated that no deliveries were planned however, therefore I thought you perhaps hadnot prepared my cost. However now I examine and that I appear to have paid twice. Would you please verify this, and maybe inform me when it'll be shipping?" (29 August) "Hi, I'm still awaiting an answer on this." (1 September) "I am really upset using the insufficient reaction to my client query." (5 Sept) "Dear sirs, Until I get a statement from Allposters, I'll don't have any option but to document a complaint from the company." (8 September)

I've not obtained just one mail in the organization, and also have discovered related conflicts catalogued over the web.
