Shoesofanike.com I placed my order and money was immediately taken out of my acct. I then received email that product was out of stock. I was given no refund and no product. They stopped responding to my messages

This is a fraudulent website and I WOULD NOT advise anyone to visit and shop from this site. This site sales nike sneakers internationally but dont send your product. I placed an order on their website and as soon as I hit submit the money was immediatley taken out of my account. A day later I receive an email stating that the shoes I ordered were out of stock. Pause... Now why would you allow a shoe to be posted on your website that shows it being in stock but is out of stock? And why would you take the money out of my account before even checking to see if the item is in stock?

I then send customer service a ticket requesting a refund multiple times and they continue to tell me to pick another item (which I did not want to do). After emailing back and forth for 3 days requesting a refund they finally stop communicating with me. At that point I considered my money to be taken and me left with no product or anything to show for it. This really bothers me given the fact that they "supposedly" take pride in securtiy and protecting the consumer which is stated on their website. I just hope someone can put a stop to this because this is easy money for them and I don't want anyone else to be a victim like I was.
