Fail to deliver orders, get big run around on email. Business is a residence not a viable company

After ordering a aircraft model, they bill your credit card company. They advertise 6-8 weeks required to fill order. After numerous emails all you get is around around. It's been 20 weeks and no delivery to date. The business address they give is actually residence in Roseville Ca. Email from Chris Baldwin who's residence it comes back to has emailed me. The person has no viable history outside of a name. Their telephone number on the web is a Skype number good luck getting a land line to talk to someone. They do use google check out, but google check out has no way of reporting their merchants as possible scammers to remove them from using their service. BEWARE of using this merchant.
