DO NOT deal with them!

This can be a completely ridiculous organization to cope with when you have a return. I'd recommend NOT coping with them whatsoever. We've been returning and forth together through the greater business agency and also have gotten nowhere. They WOn't recognize their problem within our scenario, that was delivering us a defective charger with this fresh hot gloves, then delivering us a brand new one, and therefore we were after their return time period whenever we recognized the gloves were not likely to function for what we needed them for. They've an A score using the BBB but-don't GENUINELY BELIEVE THAT LIKE MY HUSBAND DID. They deserve a large Y in customer support. DON'T cope with them!
