In i purchased a fresh SeaRay 195 Activity for over £30,000 - so that as I had been thinking about shifting from the ocean within six months, i requested to truly have a 'buy back' contract in position. Madog Boat Sales decided to this and guaranteed they might purchase it back from me easily needed them to, as long as it had been within six months.

Affirmed, I did so wish to market the vessel back for them after six months however they smashed the contract and declined to purchase it back. After legitimate risks, they mentioned they were in monetary issues and they might just provide me only over £15,000 (to get a vessel which was worth £30k simply six months preceding!)

Obviously i declined to market it at this type of ridiulous cost and needed to maintain it. The vessel have been only difficulty - Madog (contact Ian) falied to repair the vessel once within its guarantee time so when i went round there to question the administration, they secured the doorway and wouldn't allow me in.

After getting the vessel to some correct SeaRay seller within the South of Britain, I then found out the vessel wasn't completely new after I purchased also it have been installed using the incorrect prop from the prior operator that has been creating all of the issues.

The corporation don't stick to the guarantee they provide you with and market used ships as completely new. Stay away.
