Dalco Air Conditioning a complete JOKE!

Buyers be aware of JD Points and Dalco Air Conditioning company out of Dallas which claim to be good at what they do. They installed my unit in July and came out to my house at least 5 times since then to try to fix the problem they caused but have yet to fix it. When I emailed JD Points about my problem he got offended and refused to come out to fix it without charging me.

This is a problem they caused with my pipping and was never there before and now they want to charge me after I have spent $6800 with them. Also, now they tell me that my duct work is causing my upstairs not to cool the way it should and that they have to replace so that my upstairs can get cooler. So I guess their main thing is to install a unit without looking at any duct work and once you complain that your unit is not cooling properly they tell you that they have to do other work so they can make more money on you.

I hate unethical companies that are always trying to get over on consumers that put their trust in them. JD Points talks a good game and tells you that he will be there for you when a problem comes about and when it does "Oh heres there alright ready to charge you for their F ups. They will never take blame for anything and will make you feel stupid when you call them about your problem. Trust me when I tell you that they will not stand behind their work and installation. It's funny how I have a warranty through them plus a 10 year parts and Labor but yet I have to pay for their screw up. I'm so frustrated because I'm a very patient person but I have completely lost my patience with them because will not come out and fix the issue.

I wish I would have done my research before hiring them because after reading complaints about them I'm running into the same problems people are complaining about. I'm definitely going to do my best that consumers hear about this crappy company because this is B. S what they're doing.
