Kay Carpenter Accepted a product and did not pay for it

I have ordered Frontline for WTF several times and they paid up. The last order, PO 28866 and PO 28870 were shipped to WTF in May. Kay assured me she would do the wire transfer of the money when they received the product. I called several times and she assured me the transfer was forthcoming. It never has. Their phone and fax numbers say the phones are no longer in working order.

Is there any way to recover the money for the product I shipped?

If they are incorporated in Florida doesn't The State of Florida have some conderns??
