Didn't follow through on payment

There are many Groupon wannabe companies popping up which also means many of these won't survive much longer. I am posting a review to warn others about SocialBuy.com which is a few months behind payment of several hundred dollars to us after running a deal. Our rep just forwarded our request to accounting and then quit responding. Attempts were made to contact general support and nothing. Finally we got the BBB involved and they were unsuccessful as well. It should be noted this company has an F rating at the BBB. Don't make the same mistake I did and do your due diligence with these 2nd tier social buy companies. Definitely don't take your chances on running a deal with SocialBuy.com
