Woolworths contact centers are a waste of money and time! For just two times I've been contacting, faxing and contacting. E-mails don’t get answered to and calls don’t get delivered. Each time you contact you receive to someone different who after this you need to clarify the entire sob story again to or abandon a note for that 5 others who you initially talked who never return calls.in between this you receive stop after keeping 20 minute! I think it is absurd the exact same files that FNB need to alter specifics they'll not!!! Woolworths invest less cash in your advertisements and much more in your phone centers and instruction up your team!!! Your support is HORRIBLE!!!
