It been 2 years and they don’t want give me my album

Had a deal with bella melia photography to take my wedding on March 18 plus they charged me $1800, it's almost 24 months today plus they don’t wish to provide me my recording and DVD’s or my cash-back, I attempted to resolve the issue often together back and forth through emails and texts simply because they never reply my telephone calls and also the operator/Jennifer Greene last text in my experience on July 23 stated (im not likely to provide reasons but MONEY was restricted and also the laboratory may deliver the recording c.O. D) it's not sincere they didn’t wait to consider there money in complete also prior to the service start however now I've to hold back 24 months since she don’t wish to spend the laboratory $300, I actually agreed to bay 50% in the laboratory MONEY WITCH is $150 that will be I don’t have also since I currently settled them $1800, despite I attempted to resolve the issue in this way and provide her more MONEY she nevertheless don’t wish to provide me my recording and dvd’s.
