I have been reading all these complaints online about Bretz & Coven and I must add my story to the list. It seems Im not the only one who was defrauded and defunded by these criminal hucksters. These criminal fraudsters botched my deportation case so badly that I had to go to another lawyer and pay her twice as much to fix it. The biggest idiot attorney there besides that bloated warthog Kerry Bretz is a guy named Lloyd Munjack, who completely screwed up my case by arguing for the wrong client in front of the immigration judge. He said to the Judge "Your honor the client is a poor man from Jamaica" when my husband is actually from Ghana!!! The Judge said to Mr. Munjack "well why are you claiming political asylum if your client is from sunny vacation spot Jamaica?" This was only one of many screw-ups by the idiot lawyers at Bretz & Coven and I would avoid them at all costs if possible. My current attorney (a nice Puerto Rican lawyer from the Bronx) told me to file both a Fee Dispute and a Disciplinary Complaint against attorney Kerry Bretz, of Bretz & Coven, in order to get my money back and to reopen my immigration case. This is called "ineffective assistance of counsel" and for all you immigrants out there who are either in deportation proceedings or are already deported, this is definitely what I recommend if you want to get your greencard!!! Even if you have a criminal conviction!!! To get your money back file a Fee Dispute against your lawyer by calling NYCLA Fee Dispute Committee located at 14 Vesey Street, New York, New York or write a disciplinary complaint to Departmental Disciplinary Committee, First Department, 61 Broadway, New York, New York. Having both of these filed at the same time will not only guarantee to get you a full cash refund from your bad lawyers work but also will give you the grounds to reopen your deportation case even after years and years of being illegal in the USA!!! Try it and thank me later. Good luck and again, STAY AWAY FROM BRETZ & COVEN if you want to keep your money and stay in the USA!
