Un-paid debt recovery

I built telephone calls each week to Collex adhering to a telephone call after I was informed they'd recovered your debt in December. I had been provided several reasons for example "the accountant isn't in or on vacation therefore cost cant be processed." later they actually stated that a check have been published in my experience.

I Attempted to mail and consult with Gemma Drummond, all efforts failed. Collex have today disconected their telephone lines and mail. They've £500 of my cash!
