Transportation101 Express Taxi Service Ft. Huachua

Affees here at ft huachua in sierra vista arizona are ripping the city of sierra vista off they formed a coalition with transportation express taxi and shuttle service (te) te is currently paying a fee to aafees for the exclusive contract to allow them (te) to pick up on ft huachuca as I understand it over $10,000.00 per month is paid by te to affees per month I do not believe any of this money is paid to sierra vista there are currently two other cab company's in town that is not allowed to pick up soldiers on post, however the other taxi and shuttle company's are allowed to pick up in sierra vista and drop off on post this is not right how can this be? Affees is ripping the town and government off with this erroneous charge this should be an open post where all taxi's and shuttle company's are allowed to pick up soldiers on ft huachuca on another note soldiers are being loaded into 15 passengers vans that are carrying up to 20 or more soldiers and the vans would not pass inspections if they were required to be inspected and there not being inspected.
