A signed contract means nothing to this man. We had a signed agreement for a renovation on our garage, and gave him a deposit for $825.00. He immediately cashed the check, brought over a handful of boards a few days later, and never came back.
We contacted Armand Jarneaux and his wife, Margaret Freeman, several times via phone, email and text, but we received nothing but excuses. Every time he said he would show up, he never did. We finally asked for our money back, and of course never heard from him again.
Don't do business with him! Don't be fooled by his "professionalism, " and the fact that he says HE will be the one to do the work, instead of bringing a truckload of strangers to your home.
