Unwilling to Cancel Your Service - Do NOT do business with these thieves

These people refused to cancel the monthly service fee after repeated attempts. They would cancel it for several months & then start it back up - even at one point sending a collection agency to call. They could not even verify they were taking their own debits out of my account. Had to send them my own copy of my bank statement. I have never seen such stupidity & incompetence in an organization. Do not do business with this company. Total Merchants is a total ripoff.
