Simply used 20 units about the telephone with xfinity “customer service”. Exactly what a laugh! Never actually got to keep in touch with a live person. I never believed something might be as poor as adelphia, child was i wrong! They've obtained the frustrating answering pc to some new degree.in the place of customer support representatives they've employed programers to ensure that you will get disappointed and hang-up before you bother them. IT’S BACK ONCE AGAIN TO direct television for me personally! I'm fed up with xfinity lacking any audio about the HD stations once the breeze blows.
