Lack of Customer Loyalty

On Saturday, July 4th I created an effort utilizing my Chevron Techron card (that we have experienced since 1976) tp purchase gasoline. I had been amazed to locate my card had been refused and that I couldn't get gasoline. My spouse did remember shad had overlooked to submit payment (her brother had simply died) and below we're in a Chevron place, a chard owner since 1976 (35 years) and may not buy gasoline since we missed one cost. I had been dumbfounded that people were handled in this way after being truly a very long time cardholder. The problem is that following a 35-year background with Chevron, we couldn't actually get customer support to get rid of the hang on this card so we're able to get gasoline.
