Dealing with a Drunk

I was at my storage shed and the owner of the facility was there. I went over to talk with him as I have in the past. The problem was he appeared drunk and smelled of a strange odor. His words were slurred and his gate was not normal. I do not do business with inebriate people. I will be moving my storage as soon as soon as I can arrange movers.

I reason I feel ripped off is the expense of moving. The reason I will be moving my storage is he had to drive there and I now in good conscious I can not do business with him.
