Stay away

Please stay away! Websites like Totsy do not need to stay in business. Customer service is beyond horrible. They do not value your concerns or business. I have purchased two different orders in early October it is now Nov, 28 and I am still waiting. They have not sent an e-mail stating why my items are taking so long. They even took my money out of my bank account before the items have even shipped.

I had to contact the BBB on this issue. They stopped responding to my e-mails. They took my money, and I have no items.
