Moving ripoff nightmare

As they claimed to specialize in small moves like mine, I secured them to move my one-bedroom's worth from NY to California. My boxes arrived late, many of them busted (including a DESTROYED stereo in one of them) and... They LOST two of my boxes! They were never recovered. Oh, did I happen to mention the move ended up costing way more than orignally expected? A disaster. The fellow who arrived in CA (in a different truck, one of three I believe) with my things said, 'I just ship, not do residential moves. I don't know why they don't tell people that.' I so regret using Above and Beyond.
