Fail to update ACH form, overdraft fee imposed and no rectification even after 5 attempts. These people just try to get rid of you

3 days before my next billing cycle (33 days before the second billing cycle) I went into the office and filled out a new ACH authorization form-because I no longer intended to use the old account I had on file-and handed to the secretary at the front desk. She confirmed that because of the first billing cycle was so close, they will not be able to update it in the system in California but the second billing cycle will be charged from my new account. Something went wrong in Californias accounting department (according to my phone conversation with Nancy at 714-285-2626, extension510) and they did not update the records however Nancy did see that it was submitted way in advance. I attached the letter I got from Bank of America detailing the reason and amount for the overdraft fee caused by this companys charge and I also attached a screenshot from my on-line Bank of America account. I sent in all the paperwork and talked to Sandra Clark who always listened to my complaint and I was always told that someone will contact me from the billing department. Anytime I called the office I always gave them 2-3 WEEKS (!) and nobody has ever returned my phone call. 4 days ago I made the final attempt to fix the problems but even now, nobody called me back / and this was my FIFTH (!) attempt after the 18th of May. I ran out of patience, they do not take me seriously and I have nowhere else to turn. I hope $50 is not too low for usacomplaints. Coms.com to take care of the small people, especially in this economy.
