Dacfiix and/or CSA2010fix.com is a total ripoff company. I ordered their service in response to an ad in the trucker news. I was in my truck and called them on the phone. Mr. Zimmerman makes it sound like they can remove something off your CSA2010 report. This is a federal report and nothing can be removed from it UNLESS there is false info on it. If you had an accident and it is on there it cannot be removed.

I found out about Dacfixs' bad reputation from other drivers so had spouse check them out on the Better Business Bureau only to find out they have an "F" rating. So later that smae day I called Dacfix and spoke to MR. Zimmerman to ask some more questions. I was told he didnt appreciate the 3rd degree and I just needed to let them do their job. I told Mr. Zimmerman I didnt appreciate his attitude and wished to cancel my order. THIS WAS ON THE SAME DAY OF ORDERING! He became very rude and informed me they dont do refunds and I had to use their service since I already paid for it and hung up.

I had to go through my credit card company and file a fraud claim and also filed a claim with the BBB.in his response to the BBB Mr. Zimmerman outright lied and said: and I Qoute "We are endorsed by all major trade associations including OOIDA. Since I am a member of OOIDA (owner operator independant drivers association) I called them to see if this was true. OOIDA compliance stated that they do not endorse any business and does not do business with DACFIX.com nor do they advertise for them on their website.

I have since received a credit from my credit card company only because I filed a fraud claim immediately otherwise I would have been out $189.

We should all consider a class action lawsuit against this company who is making false claims, lies, and does not disclose their no refund, no cancellation policy. There is a link to this policy but only when you go to order and you have to click on that link to read it. It is not posted in their trucker magazine ads nor do they tell you of this if you order by phone.

At the very least this company is involved in deceptive trade practices and making claims that they can not fullfill.
