Rude service

I would like to talk about an event at your Arcadia area yesterday. Our buddy had a significant surgery on his knee a few months before and it is still carrying a throw. For his birthday, we visited supper and prepared to determine a film at your theaters in Arcadia. Because his knee is in a throw and it has trouble walking, we'd chosen the Arcadia mall simply because they provide valet service. We'd a pleasant supper and had left-overs. Your terrible team would not enable us to enter the theatre since we'd a carrier in the cafe. We attempted to describe the problem the vehicle was in the valet and my buddy had trouble walking.in the place of being provided any comprehension, your ticket taker built rude comments. I have never been handled thus rudely and certainly will never frequent your theaters. I'll be discussing this event with my buddies, household, and also the people of my film membership and certainly will cause them to become never regular all of your locations. This event occurred yesterday, 8/28/10 at 7:10 inside your Arcadia, California. The ticket taker was a lady with brown hair and used spectacles. Like a supervisor, I'd be terrified if my workers actually handled clients thus rudely and might fire the person. Your organization as well as your rude worker destroyed a unique night and we shall never forgive you!
