Buyer beware!!! I bought a cat from Elaine Bill & never obtained my TICA registration documents as she guaranteed. Never received vaccination records. I want I'd have gotten a wriiten agreement or backup of her "5-year health assure" since my cat died 3 months later from exactly what the vet demonstrated as FIP. A lethal disease paced from kitten to kitten just and that I had no other cats. Elaine refused it originated from her cattery & I had been left having a large vet statement, a dead cat that price a lot of cash & really unfortunate kids.
