Net detectives took my money and I got scammed

Everything I look at on web, trying to find my granddaughter..net detective popped up everywhere. So I finally ordered and what a ripoff. I cried so hard my heart broke knowing I had paid that out of my social security. To a place like that... IT has no help for you, I saw that within minutes of ordering. And you cannot find a way to contact them back. I tried the same day for i saw what I got quickly. But they sure got money fast from my bank... Someone somehow should stop them..
