Put me in the middle of a dispute by lying that he had to give me a waiver of lien to be paid when he never did

I am very concerned that I was brought up during a debate of two businesses. RTS roofing worked with me and my neighbors to get our roofs replaced through our insurance companies. He recieved the money hired Avid construction to do the work completed the jobs with no problems and did not take one cent from us.

After the work was completed we met with rick from rts and scott from avid sat at our kitchen table and was witness to scott recieving all of the money he was owed... To my surprise I found out he is telling everyone he had to drop off a waiver of lien to our properties in order to recieve what was owed to him!!! I found it quite odd that I saw him get paid in full and all three of us homeowners NEVER recieved such a document... We all will be providing RTS Roofing with noterized statements that he will be able to take to court with him to clear his name. Avid Construction must be in some sort of financial dillemma to make such outragious alligations. Scott give the $ back to RTS you have no reason to steal... Its unprofessional.
