Kimberly Wiacek-Richards Paid almost $3000.00 for a dog and have not received my papers

We purchased a German Shepherd Dog from Kimberly Wiacek-Richards and Matt Richards from von Hayden German Shepherds. He arrived to us on March 22. Everything seemed to be going fine until we asked her about some lumps the dog had and mentioned that he seemed a bit thin and drank a lot of water. We didn't think too much of this because he is an older dog but
Kimberly made this a HUGE deal. The dog has a few old dog cysts and has some abcessed anal glands but we love him and just want his papers. If we had known she was going to flip out we wouldn't have asked about him being underweight and we wouldn't have mentioned the lumps. We just want henk's papers. No more, no less, just what we paid for.

We have yet to receive any of his paperwork (foreign and domestic) in order to transfer him into OUR names. Kimberly is now avoiding us and not responding to any of our email requests for her to send the dog's papers to us Post Haste. We have tried repeatedly to contact Kimberly and Matt via the email addresses provided on their website and their personal faceBook pages to no avail. All attempts to contact Kimberly via phone have ended up with her screaming, cussing and using every demeaning / derogatory comment possible towards us so that avenue doesn't work either. We have no wish to talk to this woman any longer, we just want the papers on the dog we paid for, signed over and mailed to us.

I would advise anyone and everyone: DO NOT do business with 'von hayden german shepherds, ' as Kimberly is clearly in need of a reality check and ethics transplant.
