Greg Pajardo is the Founder and President of U-auto-know consulting services, LLC. A full service automotive purchasing & leasing consulting firm. With over 21 years of automotive industry experience in sales, management and finance. Yet he failed to communicate properly when he was hired to help with the purchasing of our vehicle. He insist that we could call him at anytime if we had questions, concerns but we had many questions and he was not concerned about our questions at all. He communicates through text which should have been a red flag but we continued with him, trusting him. He made off with our deposit and no follow up phone call was made by him... That is NOT how a man who claims to have over 21years of being a professional should handle any consumers. Buyers beware you have been warned!
