I received a phone call from RPM @ 9 A.M. On Sunday morning claiming that I owe Pacific Gas & Electric over $300 in past due utility bills. When I asked what for what address she gave an address that I NEVER lived at. When asked for further information she only replied I should 'file a police report of fraud...
I think I'll a fraud report about RPM!!!
