Daniel Zavadil Florida attorney admits to fraudulent conduct

Attorneys are supposed to uphold the law, not break the law. Police Officers are supposed to uphold the law, not break the law. Attorney Zavadil appealed and LOST his appeal regarding his termination from the Fort Lauderdale Police for admittedly falsifying a legal arrest document by signing the defendant's name. Who would ever hire such an attorney to represent them? Why hasn't the Florida Bar taken disciplinary action against the admitted fraudster. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is supposed to be revoking his law enforcement certification for the fraud; the Bar should be next.
