With this particular I am talking about is somebody that's speaking a great deal (bullshiting) and creating preparations to create people function after which not fullfilling his funds, informing allways the move is performed, I delivered a check and related issues.

He's somebody who you CAn't confidence. You need to be conscious. Coping with him means losing money and time. You need to be conscious.

In my own situation he requested some works to us, and when we completed them and he obtained them, he didn't paid me and we're speaking of tiny levels of cash, 1000€. But after weeks he never paid. He's referring to large bussiness and large levels of cash, but really he can't offer despite 1000€.
