Webcam Notarizations are ILLEGAL in the State of NJ per the New Jersey Notary Association.

This company is preying upon unsuspecting people and consumers who have no clue that this service is illegal and do not know or understand that the fraudulent notarization's have no weight and will not stand up in a court of law.

The law states that there must be PERSONAL APPEARANCE. That means you have to reach out and be able to physically touch someone. Though this site and company will give spurious and erroneous information "supporting" the authenticity, it is unequivocally fraudulent in it's claims, as to NJ's statutes in particular.

How this company is allowed to defraud consumers in NJ and other states that prohibit it's purpose, (I know there are other states out there that have addressed this fraudulent act and have mentioned this company by name. If you are curious if your state is one such state, contact your Secretary of State.) and get away with it is beyond me.

It's inexpensive for a reason... Because its fraudulent (in the State of NJ and many other states as well) and is not worth the paper it's stamped on.

I hope this saves SOMEONE the $15 going into Andrew Ellis's and Chris Hawkins' pockets!!!
