To all that have been ripped off
I have purchased finger hut items about five years ago i have been paying on it now for the entire five years. I had chosen to do the ez pay check payment every month they take money out of my checking account.

For some reason i never payed attention to the fact that five years later while still paying i have no idea what i have paid or what my balance is.

So i decided to call axsys bank to ask unless you have your 16 digit account number or an extention number you cannot speak to anyone. I got to looking at my paper that tells when they will be taking out my payment and i noticed no account number. I got to thinking how can i get a hold of them its not possible so i called information and no such place is in or around the surrounding area of minnosota.

So how can i speak to a rep. I also wanted to stop the ezpayment plan till i recieve the amount due left on my account.

I also got rid of the credit card i had for it was for the old finger hut and no matter how i tried the account number would not work so. While i am still paying i have no knowledge of how much i have paid or what my balance was. It started with five hundred in credit. Does it really take five years of payments. And if so dont i deserve to know what i have paid and what my balance is. Finger hut is bad.

Been ripped off and still paying please help!!!
