Structural damage to home

They came early, but I was surprised to see 4 very young individuals for a move this large. We did get stuck with all the add ons as I have read about from other complaints, but you feel that you have to in order to believe that you were covered should something happen. Unfortunately all the plastic wrap in the world was not able to save our walls and furniture. We suffered from considerable structural damages. The outside stucco to our new residence was damaged to an unreasonable extent. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and the door/door frame to the previous residence was also severely damaged along with they dryer door as it scrapped through the too tight door way probably should have removed the door rather than shove it through). I was very disappointed when I let the driver know and was simply told, "sorry, wish it wouldn't have happened"... Pretty much an "oh well - too bad". We were also made uncomfortable with all of the personal questions/comments (why are you moving, you sure have a nice house, wow - that's a nice TV, you speak another language?) Again, not what I would consider professional". They were young guys (diver stated he was 20). We had to direct the move for several items they couldn't figure out how to maneuver and they didn't have any equipment other than dollies. It didn't appear that they brought water and it was a summer move in Arizona! I have to say they worked hard, but when I hired the company I was expecting professional movers, not to have this much damage, and the cost was not reasonable.
