The gun quit functioning the first day after I received it. I returned it for a refund, following all of the steps I was told to. I told the people in every email and every phone conversation that the orange tip had to be removed in order to use the supressor which came with the gun, and after all of this was sent an email I would receive a refund. Being as this was a birthday present for my son, when I received this email I purchased him a new gun. Then I received an email that the gun had been fixed and shipped back. After following up on this I was told the gun was shipped back because of the missing orange tip which voided the warranty. So basically in order to use the supressor, which came with the gun you have to void the warranty. Either this is a very shady business practice, or a complete lack of knowledge of what you are selling. I received the gun back, after they said they did a "courtesy repair", and plugged in the battery, and surprisingly enough it did not work. I took off the stock and one of the wires, which looked like it had been spliced was loose. I put it back together and still nothing worked. There is no way this gun was fixed and tested. So now I have 2 guns and one doesn't work. I have had nothing but dishonesty from these people. I would definitely suggest buying from someone else."
