Bad service shopping

I visited the Williamssonoma shop at Yorkdale Mall in Toronto on November 17. They didn't possess the blades I needed and so I requested them to-order them. They stated it'd get 1-2 months. I obtained a December 3 (only somewhat over 2 weeks) and was educated the blades had appeared. I mentioned I'd are available in on December 9 to choose them up. I continued Dec 9 (struggled the crazy christmas traffic) to obtain the blades. The team attempted for 20 units to locate my purchase and may not. The girl asked me to hold back while she assisted another client before she seemed more. It had been more very important to them to put team in the gates (to look at for robbery) than to make a person content. I needed to purchase 2 iron-clad saucepans but I strolled out with nothing. I've invested a large number of bucks within this shop in the last 24 months. I'll not return.
