At&t cell phones alltell over charges for sub-standard phone caspe

Alltell sold out to at&t and i have had nothing but trouble first alltel said i broke the contract and are charging me a cancellation fee, when they are the one who sold to at&t. Then i was given several sub-standard phones. I have been to the store several times in Eastridge mall trying to correct the problems to no avail. Then At&t is trying to charge me $527. I have signed statements from store employees saying my bill would be $200.00 per month but still I receive bills via internet and mail demanding $527. For less than one month in addition alltel wants over $600. For the last month with them. I did not sign a contract with at&t agreeing to pay $527. A month for service. I showed the employees at the store how the phone malfunctioned and the outrageous bills and they said they could not do anything about it. Finally they shut off my service on 7-7-11 which is fine with me because the phone was not working and the price is outrageous
