Ripoff Just triple the price and you might get your shipment after half a yea

We were quoted $1250 to ship a small quanitity of personal goods from USA to Australia and informed a period of about 5 weeks door to shore (usually add about 2 weeks for customs clearence etc at destination.)

Instead we waited 18 weeks and paid a total of $3404 plus 37 (read 37!) overseas phone calls and many emails. Our shipment sat in a warehouse in California as the local mover was not paid for months after we had paid ISS. We had do do our own research and call the local mover and international shipper just to find out what was happening. ISS eventually claimed there were problems with one oversized item. An issue that was raised the day after our shipment was packed and ISS promised to have a solution orgainized with in 2 days (that was back in October)

Megan Karpick never returned my call as always promised countless times. At one stage a member of ISS staff who was quite embarressed by Karpick's anticks said to me "You've got to do what you've got to do" indicating that I should take some legal action. "I don't know what to tell you. I don't know what to do" She indicated that others were having the same problem as me.

When our shippment finally arrived in Australia it was held up on the docks for an extra 2 days because ISS had not sent through a release form (after telling the local mover she had) and to get our shipment out we were faced with an extra $467 charge for 2 days storage. No pay = No shipment.

So if you like your shipment be held ramsome, if you like lies, if you like to wait 4 times as long for your goods to arrive, if you like to pay almost 3 times our quoted price GO WITH ISS!!! Or globe movers as they are also known.
